Job Context

Raimentpark is prominent readymade garment buying agent and exporter with a vision to deliver world-class service, quality solutions and value addition services to end products for the textile industries on a global level is looking for interested & qualified candidate as Sr. Executive position for HR Department.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist to manage the recruitment & selection process timely;
  • Assist to ensure new colleagues have right direction of his/her job for instance JD, offer letter and organizational policy or code of conduct;
  • Coordinate with department head (HOD) in drafting job opening/advertisement screening of applications, summarizing of the CVs, short listing candidates etc;
  • Plan, coordinate, implement & review yearly training & development budget, arrange training as per plan. Evaluate training effectiveness with objective accordingly.
  • Assist to manage all HR issues in compliance with the staff rules and regulations and with Bangladesh labor law.
  • Prepare different reports on staff hiring, training, salary review, promotion, increment, disciplinary measures taken, etc. for the management.
  • Assist to ensure to prepare payroll/salary on time
  • Assist in performance appraisal process as and when required;

Educational Requirements
  • MBA/BBA (Major in HRM) preferably from any public university.
  • PGDHRM from BIM will be an asset.
Experience Requirements
  • 5 to 6 years of practical experience
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    HR Payroll, Recruitment & Selection
  • The applicant must have experience in the following business area(s):
    RMG Sector preferably in Buying House
Additional Requirements
  • Age at most 28 to 30 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Languages: Good written and spoken English and Bengali;
  • Knowledge: Good knowledge of Information Technology;
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word,Excel,Power Point, Access),and Outlook. Practical Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (HRIS) is an asset;
  • Capacity to define priorities, adaptation, ability to work in a team with multicultural environment;
  • Sense of responsibility and confidentiality;
  • Must be a team player and flexible to work with different tasks under stress.
